Assembly Activities
Our assembly participate in parades, funeral honor guards, confirmations and will be represented at the fourth degree exemplification held annually at the Sheraton (formerly Wyndam) Hotel in Lisle, Illinois on the second weekend in Februrary.

Installation of Officers

Our 2016 - 2017 installation of officers was held at:

St. Raphaels Church
1215 Modaff Rd.
Naperville, IL 60540
Saturday June 4th, 2016

The installion followed the Mass at 5:00 PM in the Church.

Assembly Picnic
Naperville Labor Day Parade
Monday, September 5th, 2016
10:00 a.m.
(Arrive no later than 8:30 a.m at the VFW)

Parade Route:

Main Parade steps off from Naperville North High School. – East to Naperville Central High School.

Parade Details:

  • A shuttle bus will be provided from the Judd Kendall VFW Hall (908 W. Jackson Street) to the parade start and from the parade finish back to the VFW. To take the bus, meet at the VFW Hall by 8:30. The bus will leave at 8:45 am SHARP!

    Note: you must approach VFW from west on Jefferson, to West Street to Jackson, as Jackson will be closed to the east by the carnival.

    Or, if not taking the shuttle, meet us by 9:15 am on 5th Avenue, south of Naperville North HS. We will be in Position #16. The drop off point is at 5th and Pacific.

    Coffee, donuts and water will be available at the line up. The Parade steps off at 10:00 am and runs to Naperville Central High School.

Picnic

A Post-parade picnic and lunch sponsored by the St. Raphael Council 14171 for all Sir Knights, Knights and families will be provided at the VFW. Bring a dessert to share if you wish.

Assembly Picnic

Our 2013 Assembly picnic was held in conjuction with our officers installation this year at the home of our new faithful Navigator. We had an outdoor Mass and plenty of food and drink for all. The weather cooperated and it was a fun filled afternoon.

Veterans Support

      On Independence Day, July 4th, 2013, there was an Independence Day Mass celebrating the birth of our Nation and immediately following was a salute to our Veterans. Thank you for your support and we look forward to next years event.

Honor Flight Chicago - Midway Airport
Our Last One Was A Success!

Plan to arrive around 7:00 pm. The flight is arrival is around 9:00 pm and typically runs a little late. Be sure to bring a folding chair and any drinks or snacks you may desire. You can park right next to the luggage area and do not have to go through security.

Join us in welcoming our WWII veterans from their trip to Washington D.C. Every day, 1,000 WWII veterans die. Soon we will lose all of our veterans who served to protect our freedom.
